| I have 2 dogs and my carpets were quite dirty and there were some other spots which I pointed out to the technician. I am very please with how the carpets turned out. I had a red wine spot which came out completely and the technician gave me some tips for cleaning if a spill ever happens on the carpet again. Very please with my serive. Thanks, Joel |

| I would like to complement your Dalworth technician, TJ Baker. He is extremely professioal and I am recommending him to all my friends. Our carpets alway look terrific after he finishes the job. Yesterday after he completed the service we noticed one little spot of grease that did not come up in the den and he came back and redid it. We were so pleased with everything! Carol and James |
