| We appreciate the service, the friendliness and personality of the Taylors. We are experiencing the odor of urine, less today than on Thursday and Friday. Gary had suggested that we get a shop-vac to extract something we need to, rahter than rub it into the carpet. What he said after that, about pouring hot water, is what I don't remember exactly. Could you have him call us and give me that information again. |

| I thought the cost was a little high for just two rooms. However, the price was comparable to other companies I called. I was very happy with the end result. I think there is definitely room for improvement on the pre-vacuuming service that was provided. I paid for the "Standard" service rather than the "Economy" service specifically to have the vacumming done. I didn't feel the vacuum that was used was in good condition and I didn't think the vacuuming was very thorough. The vacuum was no better than the one that I own and was definitely in worse condition than the one I own. I was expecting a vacuum that was on more of an "industrial" level. There were also no Drying Fans provided as stated by the website. Overall I was pleased but I would probably just pay for the "Economy" service next time. On a side note: Both technicians that completed my job were very polite and had a nice clean-cut appearance. |

| Garry and Kathy are wonderful! I call them every time! But I must also say that I've used Dalworth for years and years and years (when we lived in Richardson and now in Alen). And I have always been pleased - even when I got a different technician every time. Thanks for running a good business! |

| Frank was great, personable, knowledgable and very professional! The only thing I could add would be that all technicians for Dalworth shuld wear shoe coverings so the wet shoes do not get on the hardwoods or tile floors |

| I had been asked to change my time to 8-8:30. No one was here by 9:00. I called and was told the technician was about 5 minutes away. The technician apologized for being late but let me know he wasn't scheduled to be here - that he had just been called to come for someone else. It also took way too long for the carpets to dry this time. |

| We are very pleased with the result. Very professional. We're definitely impressed. And, they showed up right at 2 p.m. Wow - I wish all service providers were that prompt! I was in shock when they called saying they were on their way...and it was around 1:30. Thanks for a job well done! |

| Had the tile & grout cleaning done for the first time. I thought the technician did a good job but needed to be aware he couldn't get the adjacent wood flooring next to the tile wet. Luckily I was watching and mopping up the excess water off the wood flooring. Pleased with the results of the grout cleaning but found it to be a little pricey. |
