| AS YOU KNOW, YOUR TECHNICIAN BROKE KITCHEN TILE WHILE REPAIRING MY CARPET. BUT I WANT TO SAY THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLANT JOB ON THE CARPET. I HAVE HAD OTHER CARPET CLEANERS IN THE PAST AND WAS NOT SATISFIED. I WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. |

| Monty was very courteous and informative on some other DalWorth products. We had an area rug that needed cleaned and he advised where the office was and we took it after he left on Saturday. They will have it ready for pick up on Friday. Great service. |

| I don't know if this was permitted but we would have liked that the technician had let us move some furniture around (or help us to move it) and clean that area... it seems like he didn't like it when my dad move a big sofa and had to come back to the living room and clean that part. Other than that the technician was really nice and finished quickly. |

| The reason they were late is because they were trying to get me the same service technician I had had the time before. His name is Bruce and he is a very nice, professional employee. He worked very hard on my den carpet, where our dogs spend most of their time, and the carpet looks almost brand new. He is a hard worker and I will request him again. |
