| Our technician was superb. My in-laws were coming in town and i was so relieved to not have to be embarrassed of my carpet We had some really dark stains on cream colored carpet and he got it all out! He went the extra mile by going over some of the stains a second time. He was courteous and professional. I definitely want him to service us again. Thanks!! |

| I was irritated to find that although I have used your service consistently for the past 5 years or more, and continuously receive your email advertisements, when I actually went to place the order your phone rep did not accept the code I gave because it was expired. Surely she should have gone the extra mile to find the appropriate code for me. Please remove my email address from your list. |

| I loved that you were on time. The lead technician suggested additional services, but was not pushy at all. I really appreciated the comment he made "We want you to be comfortable with what you spend" The drying time took the entire four hours, and I was a little confused because the website indicated drying fans would be used. The lead technician said my carpet, Berber, would dry about the same whether fans were used or not. They did use the fan on my area carpet. Thanks for the great work you do. |

| I felt safe and the technician was very nice. I will use you again and ask that Kirk be the technician be the one to come out. The pricing was ok at first when I was quoted $178.00 and I had the carpet gard and roatating thing done and price jumped to $324.00 did not have to do the pet and allergy treatment. Thanks for your prompt service |
