| Technician did not ask about problem areas. Areas of pet accidents did not appear to be thoroughly cleanied. I did not alert the technician, but in the past we have always been questioned before the cleaning began. |

| The technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. There were a lot of pet stains in the carpet from my tenant's dogs and the technician was very upfront in telling me that they were probably in the carpet pad and may come back and explaining to me why. I'm glad he took the time to set the proper expectation for me because the stains did in fact come back but I'm ok with that because I was prepared for it. If he had not managed my expectations, my natural response would have been to think negatively of the service provided. I think his name was Ronnie and everything he did reflected very well on Dalworth. |

| Thoughly enjoyed the technican. Joe was very frindly and told me what to do about a spot I had and how to handle it if it can back. Would reccomend him and Dalworth again. Carpets look fresh again. |

| Overall we were pleased. The technician did put some very dusty books and lamps from our nightstands onto our bed and pillows. Now, I realize that it is my fault that a) they were dusty and b) they were not already moved, but it would have been truly excellent of him to take 30 seconds to ask me for a towel or sheet to protect our bedding - I had stepped out of the room and I did not know he was going to just plop them on the bed. Nobody likes dust on their pillow. Otherwise, very good, knowledgeable, careful and thourough. |

| I think the technicians were wonderful! My only concern is that when I called to first place my order I had questioned the mess that would result from the cleaning. The first representative that I spoke to told me that there would be no mess left behind. That was only partially true. The service techs did clean up VERY well after they were finished, but what the phone representative should have said was that there would be some excess debris that would blow out after the system was turned back on. I would have appreciated that information prior to my spring cleaning session. Other than that small problem I found Dalworth to be professional and very concerned with my satisfaction of the process and service. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the two service technicians that came out yesterday. Thanks! |

| Previosly i was able to schedule more flexible time ,this time i had to take what was available with 2 weeks advance notice.Hope in the future there be tighter time arival slots.The next day after service I got e-mail with 40$ cheaper deal for the same amout cleaned, i'm pretty bummed. |

| First - the two technicians were very polite and worked efficiently. That being said I have two comments. One, they did not remove and clean the grill in the master bathroom (I think he just forgot and I did not notice until they had gone). Two - they did not clean two grills in the living room. I was told they did not have a ladder tall enough to reach those two. Yet, when we talking in the driveway I noticed there was an extension ladder and a larger a frame on top of the truck. I did not say anything to the techs. I suppose it was possible that even the extension ladder could not reach the 18 foot tall ceiling; but my extension ladder does..... However, all things considered, you have a very good crew in these two. |

| Robert and Joe were great! They were training a new person and all 3 did a great job, very professional and helpful. My carpets had bad stains from my dog being sick and they got them all out. They saved my carpet. |
