| They forgot a part of the room they were cleaning and when I called Steve he made an appointment to get right back out the next day to take care of it. We all make mistakes and I for one understand that. It is how a person handles making it up to you as to how they should be judged. Steve is a professional in my book and I for one appreciate that. | I am very appreciate Dalworth high level manager team. Director is a very honest person, he handled my case fair to customer and his employee. On field Manager, Ken is a very professional and kind person. Re-check goes to very detail. After investigation, our problem get solved properly. Many appreciate to both managers. Dalworth is a company we can trust. At mean time, I hope all the employees can get lessons from that. As a customer we just want to get a fair charge and good result from clean.
