| I love your service but it is hard to understand why a small hall, like the one I have, is the same price as a regular size room. This seems to be standard in the industry but it would probably generate more business for you if some concession was made for the size of areas like a hall. |

| the carpet in my rent house was very dirty.. had a huge discolored spot in the middle of the room the representive and I both looked at it with raised eyebrows as to whether it would come clean.. He was able to get all the stain out .. the carpet looks great again Thanks Dalworth |

| Online service was a breeze, and I received a prompt/friendly call to confirm scheduling. The office team were very friendly & efficient with several of my changes. Mark Ryan, the Dalworth franchisee who performed the work, did a phenomenal job - not just in restoring our carpet to almost new condition, but also in his professional and friendly approach. He handled my last minute changes and additions with ease; I did not feel pressured to add on a lot of other services like I have w/other carpet companies; he steered me in the right direction to get the perfect balance - less here/more there. We ended up having our tile floors steamed, and they look absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about the service received. I will be calling back to schedule upholstery cleaning soon. Many thanks for the exceptional service. |

| I noticed a couple of spots after the carpet dried that I did not remember being there before. I used one of my carpet cleaners to get it out before I moved my furniture back. Not sure how it got there because the spot was right where one of my couches sat. Other than that, the carpets look great and I am very pleased wit the service. Gabe was very professional and very nice. |
