| Doug was prompt and good as usual, altho I did notice some "streaky, machine-swirled" areas on the hardwood floor after he left. I guess that I expected the floor to be a bit more uniformly "shiny". I believe that maybe all areas should have been gone over twice instead of one time. Thanks. And, I did not really schedule the service online. I made the appointment directly with Doug when he was here cleaning my carpets. I did follow up with an online question and request though. |

| The only fowl-up was between the order taken over the phone and our technician, Doug Driskill regarding furniture moving so not all areas were cleaned. Doug gave us some good advise regarding carpet care and did an excellent job. I will definately be using him again. |

| I was very pleased with all areas of your service. Your staff was able to get carpets cleaned earlier than I wanted. I was kept in contact by phone and email what was going on. Monty arrived on time. He was very pleasant and patient to listen to what exactly I wanted. I had a carpet repair that Monty made and is now invisible. All pet stains were removed as Monty said they would be. Great Job by Monty! I would give all the people I was in contact with in Dalworth an A Plus! Thanks for a good job. Bob Little |
