| I was hoping the black that develops at the baseboards on the stairs would come off. The carpet on the stairs looks great and the black at baseboards doesn't appear as bad as it was. |

| Kirk took the time to explain how he was going to perform the services and even taught me about why the carpet has become a bit wrinkled over the years. I did not expect him to get down on the floor and really sniff out the two areas where our dog had urinated a month ago, I appreciated the commitment :) thanks for the friendly service. |

| Overall my Dalworth experience was good. However I was unhappy with the state our house was left in after our air ducts were cleaned. I felt like a much better job could have been done to clean up the debri that fell from the vents during the cleaning process. I understand some small pieces might be missed, but in most of our rooms there were small chunks of dust/dirt/ceiling texture under the vent(s) when I came home. Either that means they didn't clean up after themselves, or it was blown out of the vents afterwards - meaning all that was still left in the ducts. One of our bathrooms was not cleaned at all after the vent/duct was cleaned because there was tons of debri all over the bathroom floor. I'm sure that was just accidentally missed, but all rooms should have been checked before leaving. |

| We really like Derek and his team and will use them again. I may have to have them out to re-treat though as the pet urine odor was still there this a.m. However, it had only been about 12 hours of drying time. So we will re-assess after giving the sofa ample time to dry. This is in no way a reflection on the techs though. I blame the cat who hit the area more than once. |

| The technician was excellent. He is a hard worker and took the time to share some ideas for ongoing carpet care and grooming. He was able to remove spots from the carpet that had been there since we moved in - even after several other carpet cleaning companies had tried and failed. Great service and quality. Price is a bit too high to me. |

| Even though I placed my service request online, I was expecting a followup call from Dalworth by phone to confirm the day, time, work to be done and the final cost. I did not receive such a call so I called Dalworth on the day of requested service and therefore had little notice. I would have appreciated a little extra time to move my furniture. |
