| I had the cushions cleaned on my patio furniture. On the sofa, the bottom of the seat cushions are not upholstered but have black fabric stretched over the frame. This area was not vacuumed and were just as dirty as before . I don't believe they even looked at the bottom. The cushions that were cleaned were moderately cleaner. I expect more attention to detail from Dalworth. |

| The technician actually arrived early -- most unexpected. When I called I was scheduled for the same day. I had it booked in the time it took to try and reach a real person on the other cleaning services' phone lines! I like that yours is not an 800 number -- it's nice to know where you're calling and that the company's local. My service person was very friendly; he was even able to settle down my hyper dog! |
