| The smell of the surfactant sprayed on the carpet was unbearable. No amount of open windows (in the heat) or attic fans would help. It was very irritating to our respiratory system, and we have no problems normally. Notice should be given to customers that the smell will be strong and irritating, so they can make plans to be gone from the house for at least 6-8 hours after the carpet is cleaned. |

| Some parts of the carpet took 12+ hours to dry (w/fans). Total time for visit was just under an hour, so $200 seems expensive for 1 man-hour. |
