| I placed my order on line 2 weeks prior to the service day. The technician never arrived. I called the 800 number with my confirmed order number and was informed that no order was on record!! Needless to say.... a technician was dispatched for later on that day and the service was wonderful. I am very pleased with the cleaning of my carpets. I hope that you can correct the problem with the online order requests as I see how many potential customers may become disenchanted if this continues to occur. Thank you very much!! |

| Much better communication between the scheduling department and the technicians, because we had our scheduled all jumbled around, and we had guests over. Put us in a very tough situation since no furniture was ready and cleaned for them to sleep on. |

| Technicians were friendly and courteous, but equipment outdated and ditry. Did not effect service, but recommendation clean dryers. Also, comes with experience, more efficient way to have hoses lying throughout walking areas. Again, didn't effect service. Suggestion, wear protective foot coverings. Rainy day and one technication left dirty footprint, but wasn't too worried because it was being cleaned. Technicians were nice but at first a little concerned when my 21 year old cat was oder than one of the technicians so at first I was concerned about his level of experence. But the two young men were nice and did a good job. I'm satisfied with this service, moreso, with service from a competitor. Won't use them again, but I would use Dalworth again. |

| Your Guy, (Rusty/Dusty) was amazing! He new what to do, answered all our quedtions! The Carpets look great! A liitle pricey compared to others but I was very Happy!
