| the guys were very nice and cleaned up after their job was complete.I would definetly use the same two guys. I think the price is high, so i hope wecan tell the difference in my husband asthma. |

| I was very impressed with Gabe. He moved furniture and took his time, did not rush.I felt he was very concerned on doing the best on cleaning my couch. He kept checking it as it dried to make sure it was doing good. I thought the price for the couch was really high, but that was not his doing. 350 dollars for a small couch was high, but I t0 keep my couch new and clean.I am having ducts done next week,I understand your company go thru the entire length all the way thru the house,so I HOPE my money isnt wasted. I get mixed reviews from other. people and reading the internet.Gabe is a great person to work with. |

| Just an idea... it would be nice if the steam cleaning machine had a pad of some sort on the front of it so that when the cleaning is done next to the baseboards, the machine wouldn't damage or mark the wood. Thank you for considering this idea. We look forward to using you again. |

| The technician was very professional and courteous. I appreciate that greatly. FYI: The technician's orders showed that I had purchased the economy package, when I only chose the economy cleaning for my hallway. I had chosen standard for my bedroom and premium for two other rooms. I wonder how often this happens and if others catch it. I certainly do not blame the technician for this oversight as he was only following his order form. He was fantastic. |

| The website was not very user=friendly which would make me call and speak with a live person instead (not very convenient). My technicians Ryan and Melissa were prompt courteous, knowledgable, and did a thorough job cleaning our travertine and wood floors. |

| James was our service tech and did an excellent job. My Mother was in town assisting me in getting things done at the house and I was very comfortable leaving him alone with my Mother in my home.
