| Joe is always great and on time, but the reason I said you were not on time is this: I originally was scheduled for Mon., but I had something come up and had to change it to Wed. Then, you called to change it to Thurs., but did not come. So, I called, and you said it was assigned for Fri. In all the confusion, I had to change two other appointments to accomodate all the changes. It was very frustrating. I would never buy something as complicated as floring from you after all that. |

| I wish it wasn't an additional charge to use organic products. But the charge was fairly minimal and I appreciated having the organic option. I have noticed a couple of spots did not come out all the way, so I will probably give Kirk a call and see if he can work on them again. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. |
