| There was some confusion with the phone rep re: service requested. she obviously did not know the probducts well. I was asking for a clearning to removed pet ordors and stains. she gave me a standard service. When the tech came our he explained the difference -- apparently you can not get a stain removal and a pet odor removal in a package. He was telling me I would get the pet ordor removal for $147 and then would need to buy a stain remover service -- for $99. come on! I will probably use your company again, especially the service tech I had the time before last, but I will get someone else to do the odor removal. |

| The last few times I have used Dalworth, the cleaning was substandard. However, this time, the cleaning was thorough, the technician was professional and knew his business. | We appreciate the service, the friendliness and personality of the Taylors. We are experiencing the odor of urine, less today than on Thursday and Friday. Gary had suggested that we get a shop-vac to extract something we need to, rahter than rub it into the carpet. What he said after that, about pouring hot water, is what I don't remember exactly. Could you have him call us and give me that information again. |

| Frank came out to look at stripping our tile and was surprised to find the coating on our tile - it was applied 2 years ago by another Dalworth person -- I appreciated Frank's honesty - we decided he would do just the entry area to see how the cleaning would work - then wait to let it dry and check the results - we are pleased that the sealent will be removed but it will also take some careful work to get it all off - we will be calling to have Frank return to do the rest of the job!! |
