| Technician did good job but survey only allowed yes or no answer to question whether we'd prefer to use him again. Ultimately we'd prefer guy who did our carpets last but he not available this weekend. |

| Very unhappy about previous service. They strippedy hardwood floors and put a sealant on top. Told me this would wear away on about a year and needed to be repeated yearly. Sealant started peeling away almost immediately but we thought it was supposed to happen. This serviceman said it was not done right and would cost $850 to fix. Dalworth agreed to discount $100 I think they should do it for a nominal rate or free since it was done wrong first time. My floors are usupposed to be a flat finish. They are partially shiny now. We were not asked about putting on sealant. I would appreciate phone call to discuss. |
