| Wally always does an excellent job on my carpet. He gets the stains out 100% at each cleaning. He listens to me when I show him the stains and walks with me through the house to make sure I am satisfied with each room after he finishes. Many years ago I used a couple of other technicians, and they never cleaned my carpets as well as Wally. The other technicians tried to stick me with charges for services that they did not do. Wally has always been honest! |

| My appointment was scheduled between 1:00 and 3:00. At 3:05 I called customer service to check if someone was still coming. I was told that they were running a little late and they were on their way. They came about 10 minutes after that. Not a problem, but it would have been nice to receive a phone call maybe around 2:45 telling me that they would be a little late. Thank you. |

| Doug Driskill did a great job!!! My carpets are like new again, and he was also able to remove the pet urine odor out of them without having to use any other additional treatments. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism while he was in my home. Thanks again Doug! |

| My entire experience with Dalworth was fantastic! Sherry, the phone representative that set up my appointment was exceptionally nice and thorough in her explanation. Garry and Kathy Taylor were very kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I will use Dalworth again because I had such a GREAT experience. |

| I added the tile and grut cleaning, the tech only went over once, stating would not make any difference, but for 120.00 of which I paid 108.00 with the discount, I would have expected the are would have been treated twice, sine the are was so small and fell under the min charge for this service. My wife was happy with the cleaning but expected more for the charge. I believe she is planning on calling and asking for a return trip and further cleaning of the tile/grout. |
