- Comment: My technician is Richard. He is amazing. Always cheerful and kind. He does a fantastic job. He is fast and efficient. He has gotten every stain or spot off our carpet. I had even taped a rug to the floor because it got hung up on the door and he was able to get the glue residue up. Amazing. He somehow makes my 15 year old carpet almost look brand new.
