• Comment: Our dog got sick, several times, on our white carpet! I called Dalworth about noon, expecting it to be at least tomorrow before they could come. The scheduler was very understanding, said she’d see what she could do. She called me back within 15 min with a response time of 2-4 hrs! 😃 The techs, Mark and Buddy arrived promptly. They quickly, efficiently and thoroughly removed the stains. I was more than satisfied!!
