  I had a unfortunate self-inflicted water leak. I called Dalworth they said they didn't think they would be able to have someone here till later afternoon. The leak occurred at 10am. I received a call from Wade stating he would be here within about 45 minutes. Upon his arrival he quickly accessed my situation and had his tech arrive. They put the Fans and dryers in within 2 hours of the leak. Then over the next 5 days several techs came out to tear out and check the progress. I will say there was not 1 tech that came out that was not friendly. They even worked with my insurance to make sure that my insurance did not take advantage of me. I never saw a bill, I never had a call about making a payment. They worked completely with the insurance. This was the best decision for this issue. Great work from the 1st call to the end.
