• Comment: OMG! We had our carpet cleaned less than 2 years ago and had a fairly ugly dog piddle area in our hallway that we were told would never be gone. Our carpet looks absolutely amazing now! Plus the yellow spot is COMPLETELY gone! Richard Hearn, franchise owner/operator obviously knows his business. He was punctual, knowledgeable, offered lots of good information, and worked very efficiently. While he worked without stopping, he was still very friendly and I never felt like I was bothering him. We had a nice visit while he worked away! By the way Richard, i told you if our house sold quickly, it was thanks to you. Well, after two showings, we got a contract! 😁 Thank you so much! I cant reccomend Dalworth/Richard Hearn enough!
