- Comment: Richard Hearn was my technician. He did a fabulous job on my rugs and recliners. For him it wasn’t going over a spot a few times and moving on. His objective was to get them CLEAN. That is a customer’s goal!! I so appreciated his thorough job! Everything looked like new and even smelled fresh and clean. Thank you Richard!!
