The technicians were skilled at their job & my carpet looks great!
My complaint is the lack of punctuality demonstrated by this company. A previously scheduled cleaning was a bust without any notification which wasted my entire day. This team was 1:20 minutes late for a 9:00 am appointment. I had planned another engagement later the same morning which I was unable to fulfill. -
