• Comment: My dogs had an accident on my carpet. The smell was an issue with me.
  The guy that came and cleaned my carpet was extremely helpful and professional, and explained the process on what he was going to do before he started. It took him no time to complete the full service and explained to me how long the carpet was going to dry.
  I loved the fact that my oldest dog keep checking on his status and he talked to him while he was working.
