• Comment: Overall cleaning was excellent. I paid for the standard service which was supposed to include pre-vacuuming and drying fans but the technician did not do either of those things. I called the company after the cleaning and they gladly refunded me the difference between the standard and economy service which is basically what we received. Dalworth's excellent customer service certainly made up for what could have been a negative experience. Would recommend for future carpet cleaning service.
