• Comment: I have used Dalworth many times and Derek Rawls has been the technician for the last 3 times. I scheduled the service on line. Derek arrived within the expected window of time. I have dogs, so Derek's job was cut out for him. I had him move furniture to clean baseboards etc. He had cleaned the tile in the kitchen before and it was a dramatic improvement so decided to have all the tile cleaned this time. I have some original tile in one of the bathrooms (my house is 60 years old). He said he was not sure if he could get the grout to its original white. It turned out great - the grout is perfectly white. This was a much better result than when I tried to clean it with a toothbrush and grout cleaner. Derek is always very professional and thorough. He had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied. He answered some questions I had regarding replacement carpet. I will definitely use him again.
  Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 5 rooms; cleaned upholstery on 2 chairs and love seat; steam cleaned and sealed tile in large bathroom, back hall, utility room, front bathroom and kitchen.
