• Comment: The estimate process did not begin in a way I thought was going to work. The poor salesman had to carry samples up a long flight of stairs and his initial guesses as to what I'd like were way off base. However, on his third trip, he got it right. The measuring and price estimate went well and he was able to answer the many questions I had. The installers came on time, but did not have the equipment I'd requested to protect my wood floor. However, they promptly went to the store and got the materials needed and did a great job of protecting my home from any damage from the installation. They were pleasant and efficient. Dalworth was always accessible by phone in case I had a concern or problem. I never did. Near the end of the job it was clear not enough carpeting had been ordered. Since one was a pattern the installer had been very conservative in ensuring a perfect match and more carpet was needed than had been thought. Not sure why the other shortage happened. Waiting for the carpet to be replenished extended the job by a couple of days. But even that wasn't a big inconvenience. There were a couple of areas on the stairs I wanted re-done and that was not a problem. The job is beautiful. The installers moved every bit of furniture with extraordinary care and replaced it without a hitch.
