• Comment: I gave a B on punctuality because I was given a time frame of 8:00 - 8:30 and they didn't arrive until 9:00. I realize with all the construction they could have been delayed because of traffic, but in an effort to keep your trend on the positive, I believe they should always call and say they are running late. Most people know technicians wind up being late, but it is more positive if you are let known so you aren't waiting and seeing if they forgot about you.
  Description of Work: Vacuumed and cleaned carpets and baseboards. Also, scotch guarded.
