• Comment: After the initial cleaning we observed crud along the baseboards in a couple of rooms and a noticeable lack of deodorizing so we called to have them come back. Dalworth has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee - and they really mean it. The scheduler didn't question or argue with us, she simply made an appointment for the next convenient time (the following day). The team arrived on time and explained what they were going to do (again) and went about getting it done. They are professionals so its understandable that they were a little defensive at first about having to re-do a job. But they didn't cop an attitude, they were professional and courteous.
  Description of Work: We purchased the premium service to clean a newly acquired rental property with badly soiled carpets. This included precleaning vacuuming, baseboards cleaned, carpet groomed and dried, and deodorizer applied.
