• Comment: They did a great job but it took them 2 trips. Our cat soiled our carpet and we had to have it cleaned. So we specifically told them why we needed the carpet cleaned. They picked up the carpet on time and returned it on time. While it looked great the first time, one could still smell the cat urine on the carpet. They took it back for a second cleaning, no question asked, and they did a very good job the second time. So overall good customer service, and quality work. I do recomend them and I would have given them straight As if it had been a one-time job!
