• Comment: They arrived on time and were very polite. We moved our furniture ourselves and vacuumed before they arrived. Upon arrival they asked lots of questions and requested a tour of the house and had us point out stains and problem spots. They pretreated the carpets and then performed the cleaning. The entire cleaning took a little over an hour. We had two areas where our Black Lab had several accidents. It smelled pretty bad. Dalworth was upfront about the fact they can get all of the stain out so its safe for our child to play on, but the carpet pad underneath the carpet would still smell. Fortunately for us, the smell disappeared and the stains are definitely gone. Our carpets look and feel great again. We will use them again and again.
  Description of Work: We had the entire downstairs carpets cleaned, the stairs, and 90% of the upstairs carpet cleaned. We picked the midrange option that doesn't include the fans for fast drying or moving furniture. The carpet dried without the fans in a couple of hours. We had the work done at 8am so by the time our son came home from school the house was dry.
