• Comment: It went very well. I ordered service online and Steve arrived on time to do the work. He was very professional and pleasant. He vacuumed the rooms, moved small items, and placed plastic squares under furniture legs. Then he dry-steam cleaned the carpets, which is supposed to reduce the drying time from 4 hours to 2 hours. I'm not sure the dry-steaming was worth an extra $15 per room, but it probably would've taken longer than 4 hours to dry the other way, with the weather today. Steve did a great job. The carpets look great. He cleaned up everything before he left. I would use this company again.
  Description of Work: Dry-steam cleaned carpet in 4 bedrooms, dining room, and master bathroom.
