• Comment: I called Dahlworth based on recommendations of friends and reviews on Angie's List. The person on the phone was courteous and helpful, explained the cleaning process and the charges and got me scheduled for a rug pickup. The Dahlworth team arrived on time, calling in advance to confirm they were on their way. The men were very courteous and efficient. They wouldn't let me help them move furniture out of the way but insisted that I let them handle it all themselves. They rolled up the rug, neatly folded the carpet pad and replaced the furniture. They both had good humor when my cat got into the middle of the action and decided to play. The rug was returned when expected, also with a confirmation phone call before arriving. Again, the gentlemen were courteous and professional and moved the furntiture, laid the carpet pad, then the carpet, and rearranged the furniture. They answered my questions thoroughly about what had been done and tips for care of the rug. The rug looks new again. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
  Description of Work: My 12 year old wool persian rug had never been professionally cleaned. Dahlworth removed it from my home, cleaned it at their rug cleaning facility, and returned it. There were some spots that were specially treated in addition to the cleaning
