• Comment: I was able to set an appointment at my desired time online which was very convenient. I received a live phone call confirmation. On the day of the service, my person got struck in traffic (it was an 8 a.m. appt) but I was telephoned and notified of new estimated arrival time which I appreciated. Service was done thoroughly, no hard attempt at upselling.
  Description of Work: Carpets were cleaned on upper level of townhome (bedroom, loft, hallway, two staircases. The only issue I had (and it applies o all carpet cleaners) is that truck mounted carpet cleaning is more effective but is not an option above the second floor.
