• Comment: Very smoothly. Quick, efficient, clean work. Mr. Doko went over stubborn spots extra carefully.
  Description of Work: Mr. Doko arrived promptly. His Dalworth truck has his photo on the side for quick recognition by the homeowner. Also, his truck is clean and in tip-top shape. He looked at the areas to be cleaned, answered questions, gave helpful information, and explained why some stains might not be removable. Next he set up plastic guards on wall corners so the hoses would not damage them. He spread a blanket over our entry hall rug to protect it from any possible damage or dirt. He worked quickly and efficiently. When he was finished, we inspected the work and he explained what he had done. Last of all, he packed up his equipment and made sure there was no mess left behind. All paperwork which required signatures was explained fully.
