Comment: I scheduled the appointment from the web site and it was very easy. I was able to set it up for my preferred day and time with no problem. I received a confirmation email almost immediately, as well as a reminder email the day before the scheduled appointment. I also received a voice message reminder the night before and a call from the technician the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, thorough and efficient. He made sure the carpet was well on its way to being dry before he left my house. He was personable, pleasant and offered to return to correct anything I might discover that was missed. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. I probably could've found someone a little cheaper to clean the carpets, but I'll pay extra for good customer service and I feel that I received full value for my money. The technician was professional, polite and I was comfortable having him in my home.
Description of Work: Had carpet in entire house cleaned. Carpet is mid-grade and about 8 years old, with lots of traffic from pets and children (particularly one geriatric dog who's getting less and less particular about where he piddles!). The technician thoroughly vacuumed all carpets, paying particular attention to where the carpet joins the baseboards. He spot-treated where necessary, and used both wet-steam and dry-steam methods, after discussing the benefits of each with me. He tested the carpets for moisture underneath, in case the urine had soaked through to the pad. (It hadn't, so he did not need to perform any special pet treatment.) He also put some sort of waterproofing treatment on the high traffic areas to protect against future soiling. The carpets looked GREAT when he was done, better than I expected. All spots were gone - except the old Spot, who lives there. :-)
