• Comment: Very satisfactory service. I used the web page to schedule the work. It was efficient to use and I got a follow up phone call to confirm. Technician arrived promptly on schedule. Service was very thorough and results were excellent. I was offered the Teflon coating as an extra with no sales pressure, however, I declined based on having 1 year old carpet with the factory coating still good.
  Description of Work: Basic cleaning of den carpet and area rug in breakfast area.
