• Comment: The technician who performed the cleaning was very professional and thorough. The person who scheduled the appointment was also courteous and scheduled a cleaning for the next day. However, I only paid for the basic package and it did not remove pet smells. I should have paid extra for this special treatment.
  Description of Work: Cleaned carpet throughout entire house.
