• Comment: I am pleased that my tile floors are clean even though they did not look as good as I expected. However, the tech showed me the problems with the grout and told me they would not come completely clean in damaged areas. The floors were in this condition when I purchased this house and apparently the grout was never sealed or damaged from harsh detergents. At least the dirt I deal with now is my dirt and not that of previous owner. The tile is clean and the grout looks better in most areas.
