• Comment: The technician was very good, but I felt all the of the charges were high and every time a "different" issue came about there was a new charge.
  
  There were already re-appearing spots in one area and my client (I'm in real estate) will be calling to get it re-cleaned. I would much rather have an up-front one-price to handle the job. I'm not sure if I will ever use your service again.
