• Comment: Technician did an awesome job , he followed the service ticket however the ticket was screwed up when it was printed and he charged me for an extra bedroom and did not clean the stairs. I called Nulaura and she made this right. She was helpful, professional and called me back numerous times to get it corrected. They are coming back out to clean the stairs and they promised to refund me the extra charge. Nulaura is a GEM and Dalworth should be proud to have her on their customer service staff.
