- Comment: The technician did not arrive in a Dalworth truck, he did not wear a Dalworth uniform, nor did he display a name tag or anyother Dalworth ID. Had I not received a call prior to his arrival I would not have allowed him to come into my home. I feel that your technician should wear some type of a visible ID indicating that he is a Dalworth employee.
