- Comment: I want Richard Hearns scheduled as the technician for all future services. Efficient & friendly but more important, highly competent. He got stains out that your last tech didn't impact, except to make them less noticeable. Carpets that were covered with area rugs since home was built were indistinguishable from uncovered and stained carpet one inch away. Very good work.
