• Comment: Your old website used to be so easy to use - just put in the # of rooms and away you go. Now you expect the user to know the size of the rooms - get real! This looks like the website was developed for your accountants to make sure you get the most money from your customer and you have forgotten that the website must be easy for your customer to use if you expect to get/retain business. I tried to use your website some time ago and just threw up my hands in disgust. I considered going elsewhere but I really like the service technicians in my area. And BTW I didn't get the info entered correctly for my house.
