- Comment: Service was provided at 7/8/14 11 a.m. By next morning as drying was completed a brown tinge appeared at several locations on the cleaned carpet. We called Dalworth today (7/9/14) and a technician will be coming tomorrow morning between 9-11). Hopefully this issue will be resolved then.
