• Comment: The tech was very qualified and friendly. We've use several other companies and they did a terrible job. The carpet smelled horrible like they used no shampoo at all. They didn't move the furniture as stated in their ad. I'm disabled and cannot do it myself,being on oxygen and a walker,as if they never noticed. When I questioned them about it, I was told that the pkg we chose didn't include that service,which isn't true. This happened with every company we used except Dalworth. This wasn't in the pkg we could afford so it wasn't an issue. Thank you for being honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We wouldn't trust anyone but Dalworth from now on. Have you considered giving even a small discount for disabled customers? Just a thought. We don't expect anything for free. Medical bills are sucking the life out of us and any financial help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
