- Comment: I received two emails this morning about taking this survey. Each one was worded slightly differently. The two young guys who showed up to do the work did an ok job. My only comment would be that they may need some additional training. Training in: How to tell the customer what they're about to do, how to dress, how to speak, etc. They seemed capable and competent.
