• Comment: The only comment I have is always before your technician called me to say he was on his way. With five indoor-only rescue cats, I have to "herd" them into several areas that are not to be cleaned. I can't do that immediately; it takes a little time. Fortunately, I had already done my "herding" for the day, but, as a consideration, I really would appreciate a "Heads up" call in the future. Thank you.
