Comment: The site is not clear that the day and time you selected are not necessarily what you selected.. A call from the scheduler's was required to complete the order. It was only after that I noticed that the date and time were not on my "completed" order that I printed. I intentionally selected the day when Technician's would be in my neighborhood online and found that I clearer process would be to ask the customer to "Select the most convenient time for you. You will receive a phone call between XXX and YYY to finalized your appointment." I understand that you cannot allow the customer to select the exact time and date and maintain any reasonable use of your resources so do not give the customer the idea he has any more control of the appointment than he actually has.
