• Comment: The technician was incredible, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned and looked as good as new. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone and would also request him if we purchased more services. The only thing I would say could be improved was a phone call 30 minutes prior to the arrival. I received a call an hour before my appointment asking if I would like to move it up to an earlier time (which I declined and kept the original time slot between 3-5 but never received any calls after that stating that they were on the way and I was not home at the time.
